1. It's true what they say, abs are made in the kitchen! Stay AWAY from refined carbs, sugar, and salty foods! Whole foods are best for you, the less seasoning the better! Stick to the basics. 

2. Green tea every morning and night does make a difference. Use your green tea to replace that bad habit of a "midnight snack"! 

3. Get good sleep. In order to lose weight, you need to be sleeping good as well! 

4. 30 minutes of cardio every morning! Try to get that in before eating your breakfast. Try my friend Lauren Giraldo's tred work out: 12 incline, 3 speed, 30 mins, GETS ME EVERY TIME! 

5. Last, try my special "CAM SHOT". This shot is killer and not the easiest thing to throw back. Hard core like me, lol! All you'll need is: half a lime, half a lemon, 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon of garlic, and 1 teaspoon of cayenne. Take this shot after your workout and before your first meal of the day!
